YOUR ROLE

As our Public Area Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and luxury that define Rosewood Munich. You will ensure that all public and back-of-house areas are impeccably maintained, creating elegant and welcoming spaces for our guests and associates. Through your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to excellence, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences and uphold the refined environment that reflects the Rosewood brand.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all guest-facing public areas, including lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, restrooms, meeting spaces, and outdoor areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and proactively address cleaning requirements to ensure public areas remain immaculate throughout the day.
• Polish and care for luxury finishes such as marble, brass, glass, mirrors, woodwork, artwork, and decorative elements.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies while maintaining the highest standards of presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, and unusual observations to the appropriate departments.
• Support deep-cleaning projects and maintain cleanliness in designated back-of-house areas.
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team and other departments to ensure a seamless luxury guest experience.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Previous experience in Housekeeping, Public Area Cleaning, or a similar role within hospitality.
• Experience in a luxury or five-star hotel environment is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining immaculate surroundings.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and quality presentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing operational requirements.
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Basic English skills are required; German language skills are an advantage.
