Visual Designer (Mid-Level) | Munich, On-Site - #2761306

We’re looking for a mid-level Visual Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll help shape meaningful projects for global brands and mission-driven organizations, and you’ll also keep our everyday design work running smoothly.

About Kreatives

Kreatives is a creative studio in Munich: a small team of designers, strategists, and storytellers. We believe creativity isn’t just about making things look good, it’s about doing good. We work with startups, global brands, and changemakers on branding, experiences, events, and content, co-creating closely with our clients every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Design across branding, packaging, presentations, event materials, web and digital
• Take on everyday production work: adapting layouts, building decks, preparing files, keeping templates and brand assets in shape
• Support bigger creative projects from concept to final delivery
• Work closely with designers and strategists, and make sure everything we send out is polished
• Imagine and execute social media activities

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is eager, hands-on, and happy to dive into any task, big or small
• Has 3+ years of professional design experience
• Has a strong portfolio that shows both craft and range
• Works in an organized, reliable, detail-oriented way and manages their own workload
• Cares about human-centered work that connects with people
• Flexible to adapt to client needs
• Is confident in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Enjoys a fun, creative environment (and likes dogs )

What You’ll Need:

• A strong portfolio (in English)
• Fluent English (our team works 100% in English)
• Availability to start ASAP
• Willingness to work on-site in Munich full-time (this is not a remote role)
