Manager - Digital & AI Strategy | Automotive | Munich

I am currently partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing strategy consultancies, advising leading global businesses and private equity investors on growth strategy, digital transformation and technology-led value creation.

With over 400 professionals, projects spanning 50+ countries and significant private equity investment, the firm is entering an exciting new phase of international expansion.

They are now looking to appoint a Manager within their Automotive Strategy practice in Munich, working with some of the industry's biggest names on digital strategy, AI and the future of mobility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from McKinsey, BCG, Bain or another leading strategy house who wants to work on major international engagements while gaining greater ownership, senior client exposure and the opportunity to help shape a growing practice.

The Opportunity

• Lead high-profile digital and AI strategy engagements for major international automotive clients
• Advise senior executives on growth strategy, digital business models and commercial transformation
• Identify opportunities to use AI, data and emerging technologies to drive growth and improve business performance
• Develop digital growth strategies, go-to-market approaches and new business models
• Take ownership of client engagements, managing senior stakeholders and consulting teams
• Work closely with Partners on business development and the continued expansion of the automotive practice

About You

• 4+ years of experience within a leading strategy consultancy, ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman or a comparable firm
• Strong experience in strategy consulting, with exposure to the automotive or mobility sector
• Experience across digital strategy, AI, commercial growth or technology-led transformation
• Strong analytical skills, commercial judgement and experience managing senior client relationships
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and interested in taking on greater responsibility within a growing business
