I am currently partnering with a rapidly expanding international strategy consultancy, advising leading global businesses and private equity investors on growth strategy, digital transformation and AI-led value creation.

With over 400 professionals, more than 4,000 projects delivered and experience across 50+ countries, the firm has established an impressive international presence. Following significant private equity investment, the business is entering an ambitious new phase of expansion.

They are now looking to appoint a Manager within their Pharma & Healthcare Strategy practice in Munich, advising major pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations on commercial strategy, AI and business transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from McKinsey, BCG, Bain or another leading strategy house looking to work on major international engagements, gain greater client ownership and play a meaningful role in growing a specialist practice.

The Opportunity

• Lead high-profile strategy and transformation engagements for leading pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences businesses
• Advise senior executives on growth strategy, go-to-market transformation and commercial excellence
• Identify opportunities to use AI, data and digital technologies to develop new business models and improve commercial performance
• Shape customer strategies, operating models and major transformation programmes
• Take ownership of client engagements, managing senior stakeholders and leading consulting teams
• Work directly with Partners on business development and the continued growth of the Pharma & Healthcare practice

About You

• 5+ years of experience within a leading strategy consultancy, ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman or a comparable strategy house
• Strong experience in strategy consulting, ideally with exposure to pharmaceuticals, healthcare or life sciences
• Experience across commercial strategy, go-to-market, AI strategy or business transformation
• Strong analytical capabilities, commercial judgement and experience advising senior executives
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and interested in taking on greater responsibility within a growing international business
• Fluent in German and English
