We are looking for a Product Engineer, to join our team.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and design components and systems from concept to serial production
• Coordinate and manage internal/external design engineers and suppliers
• Conduct design reviews, assembly trials, and product validation activities
• Create and maintain BOMs, drawings, CAD data, and engineering documentation
• Manage engineering changes in accordance with established change management processes
• Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing plants, and cross-functional teams
• Support testing, validation, and CAE activities
• Ensure timely completion of development milestones and project deliverables

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive product development
• Knowledge of CATIA, FMEA, GD&T, and Tolerance Management
• Experience with BOMs, engineering change management, and validation processes
• Familiarity with RFQ and automotive development processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Business fluent in German and English
