About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Head Waiter / Chef de Rang | Matsuhisa Munich is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience and outstanding service standards at Matsuhisa. The Head Waiter / Chef de Rang | Matsuhisa Munich reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Head Waiter / Chef de Rang | Matsuhisa Munich, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service to our guests
• Ensuring a first-class service experience within an exciting dining concept
• Providing expert recommendations on food and beverages
• Taking orders and handling billing procedures accurately
• Maintaining our high standards of quality and service excellence
  
  

As Head Waiter / Chef de Rang | Matsuhisa Munich, we expect from you:

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter / Chef de Rang, ideally within other exciting and high-end restaurant concepts
• A strong service-oriented mindset and genuine passion for hospitality
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences
• Excellent German and English language skills
