World of Eichholtz

Your mission

Your mission is to grow Eichholtz’s business within your territory. You will spend most of your time in the market: visiting customers, opening new doors, developing relationships with architects and designers, identifying projects and converting opportunities into orders.

You will be responsible for increasing the number of active customers, growing turnover with existing accounts and strengthening Eichholtz’s position among premium retailers, design professionals and hospitality partners in South Germany.

Your customers

You will develop business with:

  • Architects and interior designers;
  • Hospitality designers, hotel groups and restaurants;
  • Project developers and planners;
  • Premium furniture and interior retailers;
  • Existing Eichholtz customers;
  • New business partners with strong commercial potential.

Your key responsibilities

  • Visit existing and prospective customers throughout your territory on a structured and frequent basis.
  • Actively acquire new customers and reactivate accounts that are no longer purchasing.
  • Build a strong network of architects, interior designers, retailers and hospitality partners.
  • Identify new projects at an early stage and engage directly with owners, designers and other decision-makers.
  • Present the Eichholtz collection with confidence and inspire customers to specify and purchase our products.
  • Grow turnover and average customer spend within your territory.
  • Develop smaller accounts into larger, active customers.
  • Convert leads, quotations and project opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within the agreed framework and protect margins.
  • Follow up consistently after every meeting, quotation and presentation.
  • Represent Eichholtz at customer events, trade fairs and relevant industry gatherings.
  • Share market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor activity with the Regional Sales Manager.

Sales Support and other internal teams will assist with quotations, order processing, customer service and administrative follow-up, allowing you to focus primarily on customers and commercial growth.

How you will work

This is a genuine field-sales position. As a general rule, you will spend four days per week visiting customers and developing business in your territory. One day per week can be used for planning, follow-up and working from home.

You will work according to a clear sales rhythm, including:

  • Structured weekly customer and prospect visits;
  • Active follow-up of leads, quotations and projects;
  • Weekly coordination with the Regional Sales Manager;
  • Clear territory, customer and new-business planning;
  • Accurate and practical CRM registration of visits, opportunities and next steps;
  • Regular visits to the Eichholtz head office in Noordwijkerhout;
  • Participation in quarterly Trade Meetings.

CRM is used as a commercial tool to support follow-up, prioritisation and sales conversion. It should help you sell more effectively and is not intended to replace time with customers.

How success will be measured

Your performance will primarily be measured by:

  • Sales and margin growth within your territory;
  • Growth in the number of active buying customers;
  • Acquisition of new customers;
  • Reactivation of inactive customers;
  • Number and quality of customer visits;
  • New A&D, hospitality and retail projects generated;
  • Conversion of leads and quotations into orders;
  • Growth in average customer spend;
  • Quality and consistency of commercial follow-up.

What We Offer

  • A responsible position with considerable freedom to shape and develop your territory within an international premium interior brand;
  • The opportunity to actively build and grow the market in your region;
  • An attractive fixed salary combined with performance-related compensation;
  • A mobility or car allowance in line with Eichholtz policy;
  • Modern working equipment, including a laptop and mobile phone;
  • Structured onboarding and regular product training;
  • Strong support from Sales Support, Customer Service and other internal teams;
  • Regular visits to our Head Office in Noordwijkerhout in the Netherlands;
  • Participation in trade fairs, customer events and international company events;
  • A high-quality product portfolio with a strong international brand position.
