• Direct lines: You'll work closely with our Head of Sales and our founder, with no layers of hierarchy and no lengthy approval loops.

Deine Aufgaben

• Help build our sales engine: You won’t just sell, you’ll shape how we sell. Playbooks, pitch, pricing feedback, target account lists: much of this doesn’t exist yet or is just getting started, and you’ll help define it.
• Open up new markets and industries: We’re already active in 30+ countries and have Country Leads for Italy, Spain and France. Now we’re expanding further, with a focus on Benelux, the UK and the Nordics. You’ll test new segments, find out where our product resonates most, and turn that into repeatable wins.
• Be the voice of the customer: You’ll bring customer feedback straight to the product team and our founders, directly shaping how the product evolves.
• Lay the foundation for tomorrow’s sales team: What you build today becomes the groundwork for the Account Executives who join after you.
  
  

Dein Profil

• Proven enterprise sales track record: You have 1.5 to 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience and have consistently met or exceeded your targets.
• Builder mindset: You’re excited by things that aren’t finished yet. Missing structures motivate you rather than slow you down.
• Ownership: You think like an entrepreneur, take responsibility for your numbers, and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next.
• Hungry to grow: You want to learn faster and take on more responsibility than an established corporation would allow.
• Pragmatism: You try things out, learn from setbacks, and adjust quickly.
• Languages: You are fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
