Hi, we're Elvio Robotics!

With Elvio, we're building the operating system for autonomous hospitals: the infrastructure that turns robot fleets into coordinated workforces.

We're growing and looking for you as a Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/d). You'll work directly with CTO Johannes (Boring Company, RobCo, Krones) and the founding engineering team on the core platform. You don't build features, you build the foundation.

What you'll build

Elvio OS is the central platform that integrates robots from different manufacturers into everyday clinical operations, with workflow management, fleet orchestration, infrastructure integration, safety protocols, and a data & AI foundation. Early versions of the platform are already live, and it is now becoming a scalable product.

You'll share responsibility for the entire software platform: architecture, development, deployment, quality. You’ll help decide how we build, not just what.

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience with complex full-stack software systems (backend, frontend, platform, APIs)
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, DevOps, distributed systems, or IT security is a plus
• Interest in co-developing user interfaces together with end users (nurses and clinical staff)
• Motivation to learn and grow through new challenges
• Experience with, or eagerness for, hands-on development on real hardware
• Experience in early-stage environments, or the hunger for it
• An ownership mindset rather than just working through tickets
• Fluent in English is a must; German (ideally C1) is a strong plus
• Mainly on-site in Munich (hybrid possible by arrangement)
