Date: vor 1 Stunde
Stadt: München
Vertragstyp: Ganztags
Job description
mobile.de is Germany’s largest vehicle marketplace, with more than 1.6 million listed cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and e-bikes (annual average 2025). Both private customers and registered vehicle dealers use the platform and benefit from more than 140 million visits per month*. As a “one-stop shop,” mobile.de’s offering includes not only buying and selling, but also financing and leasing solutions.
Founded in 1996, the company is a subsidiary of Adevinta, a global leader in online classified portals.
Based in Berlin-Charlottenburg, we offer a dynamic environment where growth, learning, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. If you are driven by an eagerness to disrupt, have a passion for collaboration, and are excited about shaping the future of mobility, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
As Head of Legal – Regulatory & Transactions (d/f/m), you are responsible for all regulatory questions across the mobile.de group and for M&A transactions and post-merger integration. You will work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment. You will help the organisation move quickly without sacrificing legal rigour, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance. As part of a diverse and dynamic legal team you will report directly to the General Counsel. You'll work closely with management, product, marketing and finance, and turn complex legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
The position is based in Berlin or Munich, offering flexibility to work both in-office and from home. The role includes regular travel within Germany, approx. 20–30% of your working time.
It is a fixed-term position with an initial term of 18 months, giving you the chance to take on real responsibility and make an impact from day one.
