The WEO World Endoscopy Organization is a global non-profit organization that has been active since 1962. It brings together health care experts from Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Americas to improve the safety and quality of gastrointestinal endoscopy worldwide. WEO offers training, education, and research support. Guided by an extensive network of expert committees, WEO develops innovative programs that raise standards and foster excellence across the field of digestive endoscopy.

Role Description

As Project Manager, you will lead a variety of international projects, including digital educational platforms, courses, webinars, committee initiatives, and governance activities. You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, while managing budgets, fundraising activities, reporting, suppliers, and key stakeholders. You will also support WEO's governing entities and coordinate meetings and related activities.

This role requires excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with an international team and leading physicians worldwide. Professional proficiency in English, German and other languages are a plus.
