Collaboration and enablement. You collaborate closely with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders, provide guidance to Knowledge Infrastructure Coordinators, and contribute to the continuous improvement of user training and adoption.
What You'll Bring.
You hold a degree in business informatics, information management, or a comparable field and bring 3–5 years of experience in platform administration, digital operations, IT support or related roles.
