What You'll Do
- Develop and grow Airzone's Strategic Projects & Specifications business across the DACHL region.
- Build relationships with consultants, MEP engineers, architects, developers, and other key project stakeholders.
- Identify and secure specifications for Airzone solutions during the early design stages of projects.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of project opportunities from specification through to commercial conversion.
- Promote Airzone solutions through technical presentations, training sessions, and project support activities.
- Drive opportunities involving HVAC controls, smart buildings, and building automation integrations.
- Coordinate with distributors, installers, and the HVAC Professional Channel to maximise project conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support sustainable business growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, commercial, and OEM teams to achieve regional objectives.
- Proven experience in HVAC, building automation, technical sales, or specification sales.
- Experience working with consultants, MEP engineers, architects, and developers.
- Track record of developing project pipelines and securing specifications.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent German and professional English.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Knowledge of HVAC control systems and zoning solutions.
- Experience with KNX, BACnet, Modbus, BMS, or other building automation systems.
- Familiarity with smart-building and energy-efficiency solutions.
- Understanding of HVAC specification processes within the DACHL market.
- Existing network within consulting engineers, developers, or building automation stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM and project pipeline management tools.
