Our clients in Healthcare & Life Sciences are world leading companies and key innovators in the pharma, biotech, MedTech, diagnostics, health IT and consumer health space. We are looking for a new colleague to support our Transaction Services & Private Equity team starting as soon as possible.

Our Transaction Services & Private Equity team supports leading companies with commercial due diligence and strategic transaction advice. You will work on high-impact projects, assessing market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and growth potential across a broad range of healthcare and life sciences sub sectors, while collaborating with a highly motivated team.

How You Will Create An Impact

• Lead commercial due diligence engagements and market assessments for leading companies and strategic investors, supporting critical investment and transaction decisions.
• Manage project teams in national and international consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery while serving as a trusted partner to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive strategic analyses by synthesizing complex market, competitive, and commercial data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Apply advanced research methodologies and analytical approaches to evaluate market attractiveness, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities across the healthcare and life sciences sector.
• Present key findings and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders and collaborate closely with your team to create lasting impact and sustainable growth for our clients.
  
  

About You

• You have 4–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in strategy consulting, with a strong focus on Healthcare & Life Sciences. Experience in corporate M&A or transaction advisory is also considered an asset.
• You have a proven track record in commercial due diligence, market assessments, or transaction-related projects and are passionate about supporting clients with strategic investment decisions.
• You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• You are an organized and proactive team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• You enjoy working with national and international clients on a variety of strategic challenges and are comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
