Executive Assistant (f/m/d) to the Head of Marketing and Communications - #2741054
Siemens
Date: vor 50 Minuten
Stadt: München
Vertragstyp: Ganztags
About The Role
Siemens is building a new, integrated Marketing and Communications function, led by the Head of Marketing and Communications. We are looking for someone to support her in this role.
This is not a classical assistant position. The role has two equal parts: independent ownership of projects, and support of the calendar, correspondence, and daily operations. You will set timelines, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, and track progress independently.
The Head of Marketing and Communications leads with energy and generates a high volume of ideas and priorities. The right candidate will bring structure to a busy, evolving environment while owning projects end to end. This is a role with close, regular contact with senior leadership across Siemens.
As collaboration is at the heart of this role, we are looking for someone who values personal interaction and is willing to maintain a strong presence in our Munich office.
What You'll Love About Us
The individual benefits are subject to regulatory, contractual, or corporate conditions.
What You’ll Do
At Siemens, we believe that feeling valued and included is the foundation for doing great work. That’s why we aim to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging, and where individual perspectives and experiences are celebrated. Our commitment to fairness and respect extends to every applicant.
As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and particularly encourage applications from persons with disabilities.
