Job Summary
The Associate, Recruiting supports the attraction, selection and hiring of outstanding talent on AC to Con-level for Bain’s General Consulting Pool in Germany and Austria. The role manages key elements of the end-to-end candidate journey, including campus recruiting activities, candidate screening, interview days and candidate & interviewer communication. In addition, the Associate supports and leads recruiting events and initiatives, collaborates closely with internal & external stakeholders and contributes to recruiting analyses and continuous improvement of hiring activities.
Position located in Munich or Dusseldorf.
Essential Function
- Support the Fulltime Hire Team in attracting outstanding talent for consulting roles across Bain’s offices in Germany & Austria.
- Serve as the central point of contact for candidates throughout the Talent Journey, from initial contact at university events through to candidate support during assessment days.
- Pre-select promising candidates for the selection process and oversee the preparation, execution and follow-up of assessment days.
- Conceptualize, plan and execute campus activities and (flagship) recruiting events.
- Collaborate with Recruiting team colleagues to develop strategies and concepts to further advance hiring activities.
- Support internal consultants with recruiting-related queries.
- Prepare regular analyses along the Talent Journey to measure recruiting success and present results to key stakeholders.
Qualification
Education Level - Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law or related field; Human Resources Management focus preferred
Work Experience
Initial professional experience/ internship experience - Initial experience in recruiting, talent acquisition and/or campus marketing
