Job Summary
The Sr. Specialist, Property Management (Medical Supply) is responsible for managing Army medical property, Class VIII medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and associated accountability records in support of mission requirements. The position ensures inventory accuracy, property accountability, audit readiness, and compliance with Army supply discipline standards through the management of property records, inventories, hand receipts, and supply documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between medical logistics, supply personnel, and Government representatives to maintain accurate accountability and effective stewardship of medical assets.

Job Summary
The Sr. Specialist, Property Management (Medical Supply) is responsible for managing Army medical property, Class VIII medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and associated accountability records in support of mission requirements. The position ensures inventory accuracy, property accountability, audit readiness, and compliance with Army supply discipline standards through the management of property records, inventories, hand receipts, and supply documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between medical logistics, supply personnel, and Government representatives to maintain accurate accountability and effective stewardship of medical assets.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Compile, maintain, and track production and workload data related to receipt, storage, inventory, quality control, preservation, packing, shipping, and distribution activities.
- Monitor and track medical materiel, equipment, repair parts, assemblages, Sets, Kits, and Outfits (SKOs), and other Class VIII commodities to support accountability and readiness objectives.
- Collect and compile information from work orders, requisitions, issue documents, inventory records, inspection reports, and automated logistics systems.
- Prepare, update, and maintain production reports, workload trackers, status reports, discrepancy logs, and other operational metrics required by management and the customer.
- Support inventory control by maintaining accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and disposition actions.
- Maintain accountability records for medical materiel, including shelf-life status, lot and serial number tracking, condition codes, and storage locations.
- Support quality control processes through documentation management, discrepancy reporting, and corrective action tracking.
- Coordinate with supply, warehouse, transportation, maintenance, quality, and supervisory personnel to ensure workload priorities, documentation, and operational requirements are met.
- Maintain organized files, production records, supporting documentation, and audit-ready records for inspections, customer inquiries, and management reviews.
- Support personnel accountability, timekeeping, work scheduling, safety compliance, and adherence to company and contract standards within assigned operations.
- Support HAZMAT documentation, storage, handling, and coordination activities in accordance with applicable procedures and training requirements.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in logistics, supply, production control, warehouse operations, medical materiel management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of supervisory, lead, administrative control, or production control experience in a logistics, warehouse, maintenance, supply, or medical logistics environment.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, supply accountability, documentation control, and production reporting processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and track medical materiel transactions, inventories, storage locations, shelf-life status, discrepancies, and disposition actions.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, accountability, and documentation requirements associated with medical logistics operations.Experience utilizing automated logistics, inventory, supply, or production control systems.
- HAZMAT 12 certification, or the ability to obtain certification within the required timeframe.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI/background investigation and any required Government system or facility access.
- Position may be filled by qualified EXPAT or Local National (LN) personnel, provided all contract, host-nation, site access, and security requirements are met.
- Valid passport if required by assignment, deployment, or travel requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical activities including pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching.
- Experience supporting Medical Class VIII, medical logistics, medical materiel, medical warehouse, or medical maintenance operations.
- Prior Army logistics experience, including MOS 68J, 92-Series, or civilian equivalent experience in supply, logistics, medical logistics, or production control.
- Experience with TEWLS, DMLSS, DML-ES, or other medical logistics, inventory management, and production control systems.
- Knowledge of shelf-life management, temperature-sensitive medical products, controlled storage requirements, lot and serial number tracking, and audit-ready recordkeeping practices.
- Experience supporting Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS), medical assemblages, Sets, Kits, and Outfits (SKOs), or other readiness-based medical materiel programs.
