We are strengthening our team in Finance & Accounting at our location in Munich or Friedrichshafen.

About the Team:

As a Tax Specialist (m/f/d), you will ensure that tax requirements are appropriately reflected in the planning and forecasting processes at the legal entity level. You will serve as a key interface between Tax, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and operational business functions, helping to elevate reporting and tax standards across the organization. In this position you will also work on the development and continuous improvement of underlying planning and reporting processes including respective digital solutions within the tax function.

What you can look forward to as Tax Specialist (m/f/d):

• Coordinate full consideration of tax requirements in legal entity planning process
• Support/Coordinate the preparation and validation of required tax data in the context of carve outs and M&A projects
• Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of tax tools and digital solutions within the tax function.
• Provide advice/guidance to stakeholders regarding tax requirements for valuation of subsidiaries
• Support budget planning and monitoring within tax function
• Cooperation/Coordination of tax data collection process requirements with corporate and regional functions within the organization
   

Your profile as Tax Specialist (m/f/d):

• Successfully completed University degree in law and/ or economics
• Several years of experience in corporate planning/forecasting processes and in-depth understanding of valuation principles supported by strong IFRS accounting skills
• Data and process driven tax expert with a solid understanding in valuation and tax reporting processes
• Self-reliant and initiative taking; entrepreneurial mindset; assertiveness and team player
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
