We are expanding our team in Germany and are looking for an Architectural & Design Manager to drive specification and project sales across the German market.

This role is focused on developing and managing relationships within the architecture and construction community, while identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of Neolith’s presence in the German market. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and contribute to the development of Neolith’s architectural and project business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specification of Neolith products across large scale architectural projects throughout Germany.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, façade consultants, general contractors, developers, and other key industry stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities and provide appropriate technical and commercial guidance to architects and project stakeholders
• Coordinate with approved partners, fabricators, and other project stakeholders to support the successful development and execution of specified projects.
• Strengthen Neolith’s presence and positioning within the German market.
• Represent Neolith at relevant architecture, construction, façade, and design events across Germany.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

Minimum requirements

• Proven experience in Architectural Management, Specification, Project Sales, or Facade-related roles within the architectural and construction industry.
• Experience with ventilated façade systems, large-format ceramics, sintered stone, HPL, fiber cement, or similar architectural materials.
• Strong network and understanding of the German A&D, construction, and facade markets.
• Technical background in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Facade Engineering, Construction, or a related field is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Germany.

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Technical understanding of façade systems, construction details, and architectural materials.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven approach.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and project tracking tools.
• Fluent German and English (C1) required.
