Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience in international IT organizations with a focus on business partnering, demand management, or portfolio management
• Proven success in leading and developing teams within global matrix structures.
• Ability to translate business strategies into effective IT initiatives and sustainable business success
• Strong skills in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a strong drive to shape the future
