Key Responsibilities

• Own paid media performance against quarterly and annual OKRs, including MQLs, pipeline, revenue contribution, CPL/CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Develop and execute the global paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, and emerging channels.
• Manage and optimize significant media budgets across regions, products, and audiences – shifting investment to the strongest-performing markets, campaigns, and channels.
• Build testing roadmaps across creative, messaging, audiences, offers, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Forecast performance, flag targets at risk early, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to translate revenue targets into paid acquisition plans, and connect paid media to pipeline and revenue – not just clicks and leads.
• Manage agency partners against clear performance expectations and SLAs, and test new acquisition channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing / paid media experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven track record against ambitious acquisition, pipeline, revenue, or efficiency targets across multiple channels and markets.
• Strong Google Ads (especially Search) and LinkedIn expertise; experience with further paid channels is a plus.
• Solid understanding of attribution, conversion and UTM tracking, CRM/funnel reporting, and paid-media-to-pipeline measurement.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues and act quickly; experience managing agencies and significant budgets.
• Native-level German and fluent business English (C1/C2); Spanish or other European languages are a plus.
