An established financial services company is looking for a professional to join the transaction advisory team. The successful candidate will support clients through corporate sales, acquisitions, and financial carve-out processes within a dynamic environment. The role focuses on identifying risks and opportunities through complex financial analysis to drive successful transaction outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting clients through all phases of corporate acquisitions, sales, and initial public offerings

• Conducting financial due diligence and assisting with carve-out processes to identify business potential

• Analyzing historical financial data and corporate planning to support optimal purchase price determination

• Generating and evaluating financial figures for business units during structural changes

• Contributing to the business assessment of purchase price clauses within corporate contracts

What we're looking for

• A degree in economics, finance, or a related field with a focus on corporate finance, accounting, or controlling

• Initial practical experience in areas such as private equity, investment banking, or financial modelling

• Proficiency in MS Office, with additional experience in Alteryx or VBA considered an advantage

• Professional fluency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to adapt to new project requirements
