ISS FWW is Germany’s leading fund data provider and has been part of ISS STOXX since 2019.

Using data from the FWW fund database, FWW supports financial advisors and investors in making informed investment decisions.

We are currently looking to strengthen our team in Haar, near Munich, and are seeking a Part-Time Customer Success Manager - Data Solutions (m/f/d) to join us immediately.

In this role, you will help our clients transmit fund data from asset management companies to ISS FWW in standardized formats. This requires written and telephone communication with customers. You will also be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the maintenance of investment fund data and documentation.

Your Profile

• Basic technical understanding
• Experience in customer support and/or after-sales service
• Interest in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
