Key responsibilities in your new role

• Shape the future: You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for CAD and 3D data processing
• Focus on the future: You optimize workflows for handling, processing, and automating 3D geometry tasks to improve efficiency and scalability
• Be Creative: You develop new approaches and methods to enhance 3D data processing and geometry management solutions
• Take responsibility: You ensure compatibility and seamless integration of developed solutions into existing software environment
• Work Reliably: You test, validate, and document solutions according to industrial standards and quality requirements
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Study Field: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
• Skills: You have good programming skills in C# and/or Python and enjoy developing technical solution
• (Work) Experience: You already gained experience processing CAD, STEP, or 3D geometry files using tools such as Pixyz, Autodesk, or SolidWorks
• Interests: You are familiar with computational geometry, tessellation, and mesh processing concepts and can apply this knowledge in 3D software workflows
• Work Style: You stand out through your self-organized, structured, and independent way of working while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset
• (Work) Experience: Experience working in an industrial environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies would be considered a strong advantage
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English, and German language skills are a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
