Your Role

You'll support constellr's legal and compliance work day to day, from contract admin to legal research. Along the way, you'll gain broad exposure to the legal issues facing a fast-scaling space technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the drafting, review and redlining of contracts
• Carry out legal research on regulatory topics relevant to our business
• Maintain our legal filing and documentation systems, keeping them organized and up to date
• Provide administrative support to our external counsel and our Data Protection Officer (DPO)
• Assist with compliance and governance documentation as needed
  
  

Job requirements

About you

Required:

• A background in legal studies, either through a paralegal qualification or as a current law student
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Fluency in both German and English
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience from a legal internship or paralegal role
• An interest in export control, IP or technology law
• Experience in a tech company or regulated industry
