Therefore, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our communications and marketing activities across multiple channels. Working closely with the Head of Communications & Marketing, you will help coordinate campaigns, create content, support events, and maintain marketing assets that strengthen our brand, engage stakeholders, and support company growth.

How you will make an impact:

• Campaign Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to promote products or services.
• Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, including promotional content (brochures, solution briefs), newsletters, social media posts, and presentations.
• Event and Project Support: Organize trade shows, meetings, and promotional events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track campaign performance, sales data, and marketing metrics, preparing reports to guide decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and communications, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
• Marketing Operations & Content Management: Maintaining the Asset Library, making sure our website is always up to date and content in information is accessible for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

What you need to be successful:

• Initial professional experience in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating content for digital channels, social media, or marketing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing and communication tools.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience supporting events, trade shows, or conferences.
• Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with social media management and marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools.
• Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms.
