Your Role

Social video is one of our most important channels for reaching new members, and TikTok ads are at the heart of it. As maternity cover for a 12-month period, you will take over our day-to-day production of performance-driven video content and our collaboration with UGC creators. You will work independently, move fast and test a lot: from the first hook idea to the finished ad.

Your Tasks

Content Creation & Video Editing

• Edit video ads for TikTok using tools like CapCut: cut existing content, add subtitles, voiceovers, music and effects
• Develop hook ideas and write scripts for new videos
• Record your own German voiceovers and use them in the videos
• Order products from the BESTSECRET online shop and film product shots that serve as hook variations for the videos
• Continuously test new formats and variations and apply learnings to the next round of content
  
  

Agency & Creator Management

• Manage the external agency that supports us with UGC creators
• Handle contracts, vouchers, briefings, scripts and product selection for creators
• Act as the day-to-day contact for the agency and creators, ensuring content is delivered on time and on brand
  
  

Your Profile

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of work experience in social media, content creation, video production or a similar field
• Hands-on experience in editing short-form videos, ideally with CapCut or comparable tools
• Strong creative sense for what works on TikTok and a good feeling for trends, hooks and storytelling
• Fluent German, spoken and written, as you will record the voiceovers yourself
• Good English for collaboration in an international team
• A structured, reliable way of working, and the ability to manage several projects and external partners at once
• Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen eye for aesthetics

• Experience with AI tools for video, voice, image or script creation
• Experience in influencer marketing or working with creators
• Your own experience as a UGC creator or influencer
