Experienced Consultant in Energy Transition (m/f/d) - #2717896

We’re looking for experienced consultants to join our growing Energy & Climate
team in Munich, Hamburg, or Düsseldorf
and help ambitious organizations transform towards a more sustainable future.

What you’ll do

• You'll work at the heart of the energy transition, helping ambitious clients turn strategic ambition into practical, executable plans. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the project and may include:
• Developing energy transition strategies and implementation roadmaps
• Supporting the execution of energy strategies across markets and countries
• Building business cases and conducting economic and environmental assessments for emerging technologies
• Carrying out market and competitive analyses along the energy value chain
• Supporting clients in the adoption of technologies such as hydrogen, battery storage, and renewable energy solutions, as well as strengthening their resilience
• Contributing to go-to-market initiatives, client pitches, and proposals
• Taking ownership of new topics and opportunities as they emerge
  
  

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone with a strong technical and commercial foundation who thrives in a collaborative, high-autonomy environment. On top of relevant experience from management consulting or the energy industry, you:

• Hold a relevant master's degree or equivalent, ideally in industrial engineering, engineering, or another technical discipline, combined with strong business acumen
• Combine ambition and a results-oriented mindset with a collaborative and approachable working style
• Thrive in a network-based culture with a high degree of autonomy and shared responsibility
• Bring commercial understanding, ideally including experience in business development or selling consulting services
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Can structure complex challenges and translate them into actionable solutions
  
  

It’s also a prerequisite that you’re fluent in German at C2 level and in English, both written and spoken.
