Your mission

As our first in-house Tech Recruiter, you join at a critical moment. We are moving fast, and about to scale significantly. You will own all technical hiring end-to-end, building the pipelines, processes, and partnerships that will take us from here to hundreds. Most of what you will hire for is hardware and deep tech: robotics engineers, embedded systems, mechatronics, controls, perception, and everything in between. This is not a role for someone who manages inbound. It is for someone who hunts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for all technical roles across both locations, Munich and Limassol, from sourcing to signed offer.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hardware and deep tech talent globally, including headhunting, talent mapping, and niche pipeline development.
• Partner closely with engineering leadership to define role requirements, set hiring priorities, and move fast without losing quality.
• Own LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, ensuring structured pipeline management, accurate tracking, and clean data.
• Track and report on recruiting KPIs, using data to improve speed, quality, and hiring outcomes.
• Coordinate full interview processes including technical assessments, feedback loops, and stakeholder alignment.
• Build proactive pipelines for critical and future roles, not just current openings.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience at every stage, we are stealth, so how we hire is our employer brand right now.

Your profile

We seek builders who thrive in fast-moving dynamic startup environments, value ownership and speed, and enjoy hiring across both business and deep-tech challenges.

• Experience: 5+ years of tech recruiting experience with a proven track record in a fast-scaling environment, hardware, robotics, deep tech, or similar engineering-heavy domain is a must.
• Hardware recruiting: direct experience hiring for hardware engineering profiles (robotics, embedded systems, mechatronics, controls, electrical, mechanical) is non-negotiable.
• Sourcing first: you do not wait for applications. You build outreach strategies, map target companies, and go find the people who are not looking.
• AI-powered recruiting: you actively use AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate research, outreach personalisation, and pipeline analysis. You are not waiting to learn this, you are already doing it.
• International mindset: comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates globally, including relocation pipelines.
• Tools: hands-on experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; structured, data-driven approach to pipeline management.
• Languages: fluent English required; German is a plus.
• Mindset: you build from scratch, operate without hand-holding, and take full ownership of your function. You follow through, always.
