HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - #2714964

At Alpine Eagle, we are a team of specialists with backgrounds in defence, aerospace engineering and machine learning, building innovative counter-UAV technology.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help shape and support our growing organization. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and employees across the business, providing strategic and operational HR support that enables high performance, strong engagement, and sustainable growth.

How you will make an impact:

• Partner closely with managers and leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, German labor law, and people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle
• Support and coach leaders on team effectiveness, talent development, feedback, and performance conversations
• Drive key People initiatives and projects, including employee engagement, talent management, compensation reviews, and organizational changes
• Analyze people data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions
  
  

What you need to be successful:

• Completed university studies in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner role
• Strong expertise in German labor law and hands-on experience advising managers and employees on complex employee relations matters
• Proven experience partnering with and coaching leaders across different organizational levels
• Experience managing disciplinary procedures, performance management processes, organizational change, and conflict resolution
• Experience designing and implementing Learning & Development and talent management initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Pragmatic, business-oriented, and solution-focused approach
• Experience in a fast-growing, dynamic, or technology-driven environment is a plus
• Business-fluent German and English is required
