What you can expect from us:

• Support with administrative tasks
• Travel management, including travel expense reimbursement
• Preparing and cleaning up meeting rooms, as well as coordinating room usage and scheduling
• Supporting the onboarding of new team members
• Organizing and executing internal team events and client events
• Planning and facilitating client workshops
• General support for the team on projects and ad hoc tasks
• Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system, as well as assisting with the creation of distribution lists

What we expect from you:

• You see yourself as an organized person with a hands-on approach
• Initial professional experience in an agile and communicative environment (experience as a team assistant would be an advantage, but is not required; agency experience is also welcome)
• Relevant education is always a plus, but for this role, the following qualities are key: creativity, curiosity, a passion for coordination and organization, as well as the motivation to support a team and keep an eye on the big picture
• Enjoying working in a team and for the team
• Proficiency with Office 365
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
