Key responsibilities in your new role

• Leading the development of embedded memory compilers
• Interacting with concept engineers and internal customers on the definition of the compilers
• Collaborating with project managers on project setup and tracking
• Hands-on work and support on memory design, characterization and verification
• Leading an expert team executing the design, characterization and verification of the memories
• Collaborating with view generation and automation teams
• Contribute to improvement of development processes and tool flow
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in electrical engineering or computer science
• At least 5 years of professional experience in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation
• Strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
• Preferably full custom digital or memory design experience in technically leading a project team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team setting
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
