Following our $30M Series A, Lio is entering a defining chapter: scaling internationally and assembling the exceptional team that will shape the future of procurement.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll build and own a core talent vertical: Engineering, AI Implementation, Go-to-Market, or our growing U.S. organization.

You’ll work directly with our founders and leadership team to attract the people who will drive Lio’s next stage. This is your opportunity to do more than recruit for a great company: it’s your opportunity to help build one!

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for core talent verticals
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and develop effective search strategies
• Proactively identify and engage exceptional passive talent through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Build strong, diverse pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process and drive confident, evidence-based hiring decisions
• Manage candidates from initial outreach through offer, negotiation, and close
• Create an exceptional, personal, and consistent candidate experience
• Build and continuously improve interview processes, scorecards, sourcing strategies, and recruiting workflows
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve quality, speed, and conversion across the funnel
• Strengthen Lio’s employer brand and develop creative ways to reach high-performing talent
• Select and manage external recruiting partners when additional support is needed
  
  

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience owning end-to-end recruiting, ideally within a fast-growing technology company, startup, or recruiting agency
• You have successfully hired across technical and commercial functions; experience with senior or leadership searches is a strong plus
• You know how to identify and engage exceptional candidates who are not actively looking
• You are a trusted partner to hiring managers and are comfortable challenging, advising, and influencing senior stakeholders
• You combine strong candidate judgment with a structured, data-informed approach
• You understand how to create recruiting processes that are both rigorous and fast
• You are proactive, highly organized, and motivated by ambitious hiring goals
• You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building processes from the ground up
• You are fluent in German and English
