As an Data & AISpecialist at Manova Partners, you will join a small, hands-on team within the COO/CTO area and take ownership of complete workstreams across data, automation and AI. You will turn business needs into practical solutions, working independently while collaborating closely with senior colleagues and teams across the organization. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data and AI, and turning ideas into solutions that are actually used, we would love to have you on board.

Your tasks

• Take ownership of defined workstreams within our track record: identify and close data gaps, improve data quality and build repeatable, automated processes that keep the track record accurate and up to date.
• Develop reporting on our data end to end at working level: turn raw data into clear, reliable reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the firm.
• Contribute to the roll-out of a firm-wide data management and document filing concept: help establish practical standards, structures and processes that make data and documents easier to manage and reuse.
• Develop AI agents/skills that enhance business processes in close collaboration with business units and IT, translating business needs into practical AI solutions and supporting their implementation in day-to-day work.
• Act as the go-to person for day-to-day data questions within your area, helping colleagues understand, access and use data effectively while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your profile

• Degree in rigorous quantitative field, with exceptional analytical ability, technical couriosity, and tenacity for solving problems.
• Background in data work and/or hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions. We welcome at different career stages.
• Confident using Python for data handling and automation (e.g. pandas) and advanced Excel skills; SQL and familiarity with BI tools are a plus.
• Structured, accurate, and independent working style, with hands-on approach, strong ownership, and the ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly.
• Fluent in English, our working language, and able to communicate effectively in German.
