We are seeking a Senior Manager Market Access - DACH Region to join our Market Access team, supporting Germany, Austria and Switzerland in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will secure market access and reimbursement across our product portfolio while collaborating with Medical, Commercial, Global Market Access and Pricing teams. Discover Your Role

• Develop market access and pricing strategies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Lead dossier development under
• 35a SGB V, including consultations and G-BA hearings.
• Support reimbursement price negotiations under
• 130b SGB V, including GKV SV engagement.
• Develop contracting strategies and manage rebate contract tender processes.
• Monitor healthcare policy developments and assess portfolio implications.
• Identify market access barriers and build tailored action plans.
• Provide market access input to clinical development programs and evidence generation.
• You build trusted stakeholder partnerships to advance access objectives.
  
  

This Role Requires

• University degree in health economics, natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience in Market Access & Pricing, including market access strategy development and benefit assessment dossiers.
• Good knowledge of the German healthcare system, healthcare policy, and medicines legislation.
• Experience handling contracts with statutory health insurance funds.
• Ability to evaluate clinical, health economic, and market data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Experience with reimbursement price negotiations under
• 130b SGB V.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, neurology, rare disease, or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, engagement, problem-solving, ownership, and strategic planning skills.

€92,250.00 - €153,750.00
