YOUR TASKS
- Manage and coordinate all relevant PMS topics to ensure efficient and smooth processes
- Coordinate PMS developments, tasks and feature requests across different teams
- Support hotel pre-openings while securing operational PMS readiness
- Manage commercial systems and projects in accordance with the roadmap
- Bring structure to complex projects through clear documentation and cross-team collaboration
- Spot opportunities to make systems and workflows simpler and smarter
- Hands-on hospitality experience and a profound understanding of hotel operations and distribution
- Good working knowledge of Property Management Systems (ideally Oracle Opera Cloud)
- Experience with cross-departmental projects and system integrations
- A tech-minded and solution-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
- Very good organisational skills and a talent to prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Salary range 58.000 – 68.000 €
- Work fully remote from within Germany (with occasional business travel)
