YOUR ROLE

Whether your passion lies in Food & Beverage or Culinary, this program is designed to accelerate your professional growth while offering the best of both worlds: city life and resort hospitality. The Dual Property Experience offers talented hospitality professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Rosewood Munich and Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Over the course of the program, you will rotate between our two properties, broaden your operational expertise, build a strong network across both hotels, and develop a deeper understanding of luxury hospitality through diverse guest experiences and service environments.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You are a talented Waiter/Waitress (Chef de Rang) or Demi/Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in your career.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable. 
• You are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and take pride in your craft. 
• You are eager to learn, develop your skills, and gain experience in two distinctive luxury hospitality environments. 
• You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. 
• You are open to living and working in both Munich and Schloss Fuschl as part of your development journey. 
• You hold a valid work authorization for the European Union. 
• You communicate confidently in German or English; additional languages are a plus. 
• You bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
