IT Manager - #2703613

An established hospitality business is looking for a technical specialist to oversee the digital workplace environment and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The successful candidate will manage the overall workplace strategy, coordinate with external service partners, and ensure a modern, secure computing environment across all locations. This role focuses on service ownership, vendor management, and the continuous evolution of cloud-based productivity tools.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the managed service provider including SLA monitoring, KPI reporting, and escalation management

• Defining and developing unified workplace standards, device lifecycles, and media technology roadmaps

• Overseeing the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID

• Leading workplace-related projects for new site openings and managing the associated investment and licensing budgets

• Acting as a primary interface for identity management, remote access solutions, and business application governance

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in managing modern workplace environments and Microsoft 365 cloud services

• Proven track record in steering external managed service providers and conducting service reviews

• Strong technical knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, and automated client management processes

• Experience in IT project management and budget planning for large-scale hardware and software rollouts

• Fluency in German and English with the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
