What We're Looking For

• High initiative: you identify what needs to happen and make it happen without waiting to be told

• Strong communicator in both German and English, across legal, technical, and commercial audiences

• Genuine curiosity about AI and compliance

Nice to Have

• Prior experience at an early-stage startup

• Experience in legal tech, compliance, or a highly regulated industry

• An existing network in the German compliance or legal community
