The Team

A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. The team offers a unique opportunity to develop an international career in Transaction Advisory, working on high-impact projects across Germany, Europe, and globally.

How You Will Contribute

• Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Germany and Europe, collaborating with Managing Directors.
• Apply financial analysis skills to understand commercial aspects and valuation drivers in transactions.
• Participate in formal and informal training to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals to gain a broader understanding of due diligence and deal processes.
• Engage with Managing Directors for mentorship and involvement in business development and marketing.
• Network internally and externally to build relationships across service lines and industries.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects, preferably at a Big 4 audit firm.
• Strong academic background from a leading university or equivalent.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fluency in German and English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
