Cash & Liquidity Manager (f/m/d) - #2695927

Your role

In this central role, you will support and shape treasury-related projects and processes across the Group. You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal, contributing directly to sound financial decision-making and the optimisation of Group liquidity.

What you’ll do

• Own the Group’s liquidity forecasting methodology, governance, and planning process.
• Consolidate, review, and challenge rolling 13-week and 12-month cash flow forecasts across the Group.
• Develop the annual top-down liquidity outlook and support long-term cash planning.
• Analyse forecast variances, liquidity drivers, and funding requirements.
• Manage operational foreign exchange exposures and support the execution and monitoring of FX hedging activities.
• Identify investment opportunities and funding needs to optimise Group liquidity.
• Prepare liquidity reporting and provide decision support for senior management.
• Drive automation, AI initiatives, and the continuous improvement of forecasting and reporting processes.
• Support treasury policy compliance and contribute to cross-functional treasury projects.
  
  

What you should bring

• Several years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Cash & Liquidity Management, ideally in an international organisation.
• Strong experience in liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and forecast analysis.
• A solid understanding of FX risk management and hedging activities.
• A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field—or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and automation or digitalisation initiatives is a plus.
• Very good Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for working across functions and countries.
