Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of complex digital software projects, from initial concept through to successful implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and building long-term partnerships
- Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Contribute to the strategic development and continuous improvement of selected digital solutions
- Proven experience managing digital or software projects in a client-facing role
- A hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and make things happen
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse, international teams
- Solid understanding of agile ways of working and modern project methodologies
- Interest in innovative technologies or experience in science, healthcare, or similar fields is a plus
- Salary range from 85.000€ - 90.000€
