Position Overview
We are seeking an Employee Experience Manager to join our fast-moving CLO Virtual Fashion team. While aligning with the Global People & Culture Team, you will be the Culture Evangelist who helps employees align with the company’s mission & vision. Simultaneously, while maintaining seamless communication with the many stakeholders, you need to engage to increase operational efficiencies and create an environment where employees can focus on their own roles and responsibilities.

Possess the empathy and composure to understand and work with people from diverse backgrounds and regions
Accurately maintain employee files, update HR policies and create healthy company culture
Closely collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team on expense overview and tracking
As a member of People & Culture, collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to architect office environments and internal programs that authentically embody and reinforce the company’s philosophy
Work closely with European Employee Experience Managers and global People & Culture members, outline HR/Administrative policies, lead employee onboarding and offboarding programs, implement benefit programs, and design tangible and intangible atmospheres
Act as a liaison between our global offices to ensure all business processes and relevant paperwork are up-to-date and accurate
Support global business logistics, including travel coordination, visa processing, and relocation arrangements, to ensure seamless collaboration across global offices
Facilitate business expansion by managing and allocating tasks among the relevant functions, determining deadlines, and monitoring performance
Regularly assess office operations processes and assist in revamping them to increase efficiencies
Manage office environments and infrastructure, overseeing facility maintenance, vendor relations, and procurement processes to optimize administrative costs.
Review the accuracy of Finance-related documents, ensure the budget, and track expenditures
Min. 2 years of experience in Employee Experience, Office manager or related positions
A good understanding of administrative tasks, including Procurement, budgeting, and welfare programs, through the lens of employee engagement, ensuring that every touchpoint in the office reflects a cohesive corporate culture
Extensive experience collaborating with back-office operations to ensure seamless office infrastructure and operational efficiency
Basic level of understanding of German labor law
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workplace, MS Office, Slack, or any other communication software
Sound judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to travel when needed
Fluent in English and German, and other languages will be a plus
Must be a European citizen or have a valid and independent working visa for Germany
Proven experience in projects regarding office relocation or global office setup
Familiar with working in a fast-paced environment and solving ambiguous and complex problems
Acquainted with HRIS/HRMS systems
Experience working in a start-up company or collaborating with global teams
