Our client is a global medical device manufacturer specialising in innovative technology for emergency care, critical care, and operating theatre environments.

They are currently expanding their clinical support function in Germany and are seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to support this growth.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering on-site and remote clinical training and product implementation support for end-users.
• Acting as a clinical expert, supporting customers with best practice and workflow adoption.
• Engaging with prospective customers as part of business development and educational activities.
• Representing the company at conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and clinical meetings across Germany.
• Conducting live product demonstrations and delivering clinical presentations.
• Capturing and feeding back real-world user insights to support ongoing product development.
  
  

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience

We are seeking candidates with:

• Registered Paramedic (Notfallsanitäter) or Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong clinical credibility and confidence engaging with other healthcare professionals.
• Experience delivering training, presentations, or demonstrations.
• The ability to work independently and manage a flexible, part-time workload.
• Based in Germany with a willingness to undertake national travel.
  
  

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to both emergency medical services (EMS) and hospital environments.
• Experience supporting clinical education or training programmes.
• A background that includes participation in conferences or workshops.
• Previous experience in a military medical role.

• Base salary: €40 per hour consultancy rate.
