YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE APPLYING BOTH ANALYTICAL AND STRATEGIC AI‑DRIVEN APPROACHES. THROUGH TARGETED STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND EARLY IDENTIFICATION OF AI OPPORTUNITIES, YOU PROVIDE KEY IMPULSES FOR KXL’S AI AND DATA STRATEGY.

As a Junior Data & Analytics Consultant (m/f/d) at UX Intelligence, you will work with cross‑disciplinary teams of researchers, designers, developers, data experts, and business stakeholders in a hybrid work environment. You will take responsibility for identifying, shaping, and delivering AI use cases – including use‑case scoping, strategic consulting for UX teams, and the facilitation of workshops that support the adoption of AI‑enabled ways of working. In this role, it is essential that you bring experience in AI applications and AI strategy and are able to communicate complex AI concepts clearly, strategically, and empathetically to diverse audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extract meaningful insights from complex datasets using advanced AI, analytics techniques, and data visualization.
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations to foster data-driven decision-making.
  • Create dashboards and reports based on Allianz toolstack (Power BI, Tableau) and consult on data visualization best practices.
  • Identify and consult on data & AI use cases to bring the project/team/tribe to an appropriate maturity level.
  • Consult Allianz project/tribe/team and KXL regarding data and AI use cases as well as AI governance within Allianz.
  • Build machine learning models, AI agents, and multi-agent systems for Allianz and KXL use cases (in cooperation with data scientists).
  • Review and assess analytics setup, support with implementing and optimizing analytics solutions, and derive insights from analytics data.
  • Support and deliver training sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops to build data & AI literacy; create guidelines, templates, and playbooks for responsible AI adoption.
  • Apply and advocate for AI Usage & Quality Guidelines, ensuring compliance with privacy, fairness, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor emerging AI trends (tools, methods, regulations) and translate them into actionable recommendations; prepare stakeholder updates and summaries.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mandatory permanent residency in Germany or near one of our locations (Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Hannover)
  • Fluency in German and full professional proficiency in English (both min. C1)
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a comparable quantitative field.
  • Proven experience in analytics, data science, or AI-driven workflows within digital product development.
  • Tools: Python, R, SQL; familiarity with GenAI tools (Copilot, GPT, Gemini) and prompt engineering for UX contexts.
  • Hands-on experience in data prep, data modeling, and SQL.
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and training sessions (remote and onsite).
  • Hands-on experience with pilots, tool implementation, and innovation initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A Knack for Consulting: You might not have been a consultant, but you think like one. You've dabbled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and process modeling.
  • Understanding of privacy, responsible AI, and data ethics (or strong willingness to learn).
  • Ability to work independently while aligning closely with senior leads.
  • Curiosity and proactive learning mindset, especially regarding emerging AI trends.
  • Juggling Master: You can manage multiple tasks at once without breaking a sweat.
  • Marathon Mindset: Some projects are a sprint, others are a marathon. You have the resilience and persistence to stay focused on long-term goals, even when navigating detailed governance processes and data privacy requirements.

Your strength and experience is your most important asset; therefore, everyone, independent of other features, such as gender, race, descent, religion, sexual orientation, age or disability is warmly welcomed.
