Nobura is an early-stage startup from Munich founded by an ex-BCG and ex-Enterprise-SaaS-CEO. We help real estate clients finally benefit from the potential of AI — through unprecedented efficiency and transparency gains. Our agentic action and intelligence layer for institutional property owners and asset managers automates tedious work and delivers decision intelligence that increases portfolio value. We are very early but with substantial customer traction — and are building the founding team now.

Your Role & Responsibilities

You sit between our clients' operations and our platform. You own the path from messy real-world workflows to a product that delivers significant time savings and real insight to our clients.

• Own the architecture. AI writes a lot of code, and it writes it fast. Everybody on the team is a builder and contributes to the platform — you make sure it works, scales, and meets our clients' security requirements.
• Understand the client. You work closely with institutional real estate owners and asset managers: from the asset manager approving invoices to the executive who needs the portfolio report, you translate customer needs into product features.
• Shape and ship the solution. Claude Code, Cursor and whatever comes next write the code; you write the requirements, orchestrate the agents and review what comes back. You own scope, sequencing and the trade-offs.
• Drive customer success. You work closely with clients through pre-sales scoping, onboarding, customisation and the feedback loop after. Your role is not only to build, but to make sure our clients love what you build.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Product Craft: You have shipped software that people actually use, and you have taste for what makes a product feel thoughtful rather than merely functional. You can write a spec, but you would rather build the actual product.
• AI Native: You think AI-first and know (or will work yourself into) the latest stack for building with AI. You understand how to leverage all available tooling to reach your goal, rather than writing every single line of code yourself.
• Pragmatic Builder: You thrive in ambiguity and messy client data. You break down complex problems and move forward without a perfect roadmap.
• Customer Obsession: You treat clients' problems as your own and are comfortable spending time on site with the people doing the work. You are a great communicator in German and English, with technical and business counterparts alike.

• You see client interaction and product work as a distraction from engineering.
• You are looking for an established corporate environment and a 9-to-5 mentality.
