Clinical Research Associate I in Germany or in Austria - #2686356

Are you ready to take the next step in your clinical research career and transition into a Clinical Research Associate role?

We are looking for motivated professionals with experience as a Study Nurse, Study Coordinator, Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA), or In-House CRA who are eager to move into onsite monitoring and build a successful CRA career.

You will contribute to the execution of clinical studies across a variety of therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Dermatology, Respiratory, Cardiology, and Diabetes, gaining broad exposure and hands‑on experience while developing your monitoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of clinical trial sites in compliance with ICH-GCP, study protocols, sponsor requirements, and Fortrea SOPs.
• Participate in site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits under the guidance of experienced CRA colleagues.
• Conduct source data verification (SDV) and support data review activities to ensure data quality and patient safety.
• Assist sites with study-related questions and support issue resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain clinical trial documentation and support eTMF completeness and inspection readiness.
• Contribute to study progress by helping sites meet recruitment, quality, and timeline objectives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience in clinical research as a Study Nurse, Study Coordinator, CTA, Clinical Trial Associate, In-House CRA, or similar role.
• Good understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel for onsite monitoring visits across Germany.
