We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join the Prime Video Channels Team and support the Channels business in EMEA with a particular focus on Poland and Turkey marketplaces.

Key job responsibilities

This individual will support the onboarding of new partners and the day-to-day management of existing partners. They will support the development of new processes and standards for how we work with partners, as well as providing recommendation on new and in-life partner deals. They will oversee/implement action plans based on deep-dive analysis of consumer engagement metrics and provide recommendations on how to grow the business. This role is expected to build long-term successful relationships with local partners (mostly PL/TR based) and/or with global partners at EU level, creating joint value, and providing recommendations to Prime Video Leadership on opportunities for growth. The PM will support improvements on the partners’ Prime Video Channels proposition and potential features to be newly developed with the help of product managers/tech. The role will be based in our MUC21 but requires willingness to travel within the EU

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
  • Extensive demonstrable experience in content acquisition, partner management, product management sales, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of the European Television/Movie/SVOD Media landscape (Polish and Turkish market a plus)
  • Experience supporting and informing leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven AI-tool use

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • MBA
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Polish
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Turkish
  • Experience developing, executing corporate and/or business transactions
