How You'll Impact.

Proactive 1st Level Support. By working closely with your team, you ensure fast and solution-oriented IT support, on-site and remotely.

Reliable Client Management. You manage our client devices, from Windows laptops to iOS smartphones. You handle rollouts, updates, and provide troubleshooting when needed, ensuring our IT runs smoothly every day.

Strong Office Infrastructure. You take ownership of maintaining our workplace and meeting room infrastructure, whether it's hardware setup or audio-visual systems.

Hands-On Project Involvement. You contribute to change initiatives and project work, including automating recurring workflows, and optimizing our internal IT environment.

Ownership of Key Processes. You take responsibility for recurring operational tasks such as managing internal ordering processes and asset tracking.

Empowered by Teamwork. As the on-site IT contact in our Munich office, you'll work independently day-to-day, while staying closely connected to our ~20-person global IT team who are readily available for guidance, escalation and knowledge-sharing.

What You'll Bring.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Desk, End User Support or Workplace Support, ideally combined with a completed IT apprenticeship or comparable practical experience.

Practical knowledge of Windows 11 Administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.

With your team just a call away, you're comfortable resolving the majority of tickets on your own, from routine to advanced 1st-level requests.

A conscientious, team oriented and flexible working style, paired with a genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with patience, responsibility, and a service mindset.

You communicate fluently in English and German.
