Role Requirements

• Senior level (Must-have)

About The Role

Senior individual contributor role in Wemolo’s Engineering team, contributing hands-on in the Operator team while shaping the long-term vision, architecture, and best practices of the company’s frontend landscape. The role is focused on building and maintaining scalable web applications with React and TypeScript, while also acting as a lighthouse for frontend engineering across teams.

Success means owning frontend architecture decisions, reducing tech debt, mentoring other frontend engineers, and driving standards and technology choices without direct reports. The team follows a “you build it, you run it” philosophy, with an emphasis on product ownership, code quality, and continuous improvement.
